Let me share a quick story about how Mental Fitness pulled me out of a pit of confusion and uncertainty.


After graduating from university in 2020, I found myself completely lost.

As a former student-athlete, my entire identity was tied to my sports career. My mind was entirely focused on the game, and I never planned for life after it. So, when that final day came and I walked out of those doors, I was suddenly faced with a daunting question: What now?

I felt like I had taken a step backward, unsure of where to focus my time and energy. That’s when I turned my attention inward. It was during this period of introspection that I realized something powerful: managing the mind is the key to a fulfilling life.

From my years as an athlete, I knew that the mental aspect was crucial. As Yogi Berra famously said, "Baseball is 90% mental and the other half is physical." The same holds true for life.

With my Bachelor of Health Sciences in hand, I delved deep into studying the mind and psychology. I discovered that our minds are incredibly powerful, yet many of us fail to tap into this potential. Too often, we live in fear and stagnation, missing out on the immense joy and potential that life has to offer.
