These are the core values of a mental fitness student.
These are the four core values which I teach or hope my students to already be implementing. If you become a student you will live by these values as if they were your creed.

We encourage freedom of mind, body, and soul. That means thinking freely, living authentically, and actively pursuing freedom in all areas of life.
Embracing responsibility.
We believe it is our responsibility to take care of our mental well-being and see to the quality of our lives. We are in control of our success—no one else.
Choosing courage.
We face our fears by taking action. This is the most effective way to enhance our mental performance and master the art of living.
Cultivating wisdom
We combine our innate intelligence with modern science and technology to seek more wisdom, self-confidence, and peace of mind.
